Been going strong for like 8+ months now after my break up. Even if you're over the guy, you still need time to get over the initial process of being "alone". It all needs just a lot of willpower! I'd really recommend talking about it with any close friends you might have, it helps a lot to get that weight from your chest. So don't worry, it'll get better over time!
