What does tv offer today in terms of cartoons that are good? You have uh, Regular Show, Adventure Time, Steven Universe (that one is debatable honestly) and i don't think Nick even has anything really good that's new aside from Legend of Korra. Also it's important to note were talking about kid's cartoons so things on adult swim and such don't count.

Cartoons now are a hit or miss, with titles like The Annoying orange show, Fanboy and Chumchum, Awesomness Tv, Rabbids Invasion, Planet Sheen, Problem Solverz, Secret mountain force awesome...

The cartoons that are shining now are shining because most of them are made by people who grew up watching 90's and early 2000's shows and are bringing them back.

I think Firestorm and Wheely Big Cheese were among my favourites too. Firestorm's team was from near here and wheely big cheese just looked so ridiculous and had such a crazy flipper it was not worth hating

Apparently 3 is "most of the list". there are i think 2 additional ones on that list that started in 1999, but thats 1999. The three i mentioned started, at the earliest, 1996 which yeah sure thats 1996 but they kept running well into the 2000's while keeping the quality.

and just because you didn't like them doesn't mean they were incredibly popular are loved shows. Ed Edd and Eddy has won several awards in fact.

Please explain to me how you survive such little sleep. I'm afraid of drinking too much coffee because of all the sugar. I'm terrified of gaining weight now.
