I've been getting really bad insomnia lately. I get around 2 hours sleep max nowadays, and it's usually related to stress.

The only effect on me is that I have huge circles under my eyes so I look constantly pissed off so everyone are careful around me while I am trying to not giggle because of that.

I'd just been reading about chamomile tea's anxiolytic and sedative effects. Might be interested in that.

The fact is that I'm a very light sleeper and if I get any nightmares (which I often do), I can not sleep for the rest of the night at all.

Which really isn't today. Actually, I've been having problems with sleeping lately. Almost every time when I sleep, after like one hours I wake up, fall asleep, wake up, fall asleep and so on. It's weird.

Best way to relax and fall asleep I've found is to find a good position in bed, close your eyes and picture a ball of light starting from your head and slowly making its way down your body, going through both arms and every finger and then same thing with the toes. Makes you feel so numb. It sounds dumb as hell but it actually relaxes me a lot Also whispering this in someone's ear while giving a backrub is very fun to do. Especially if the person is on his belly and naked.

Everyone says I look 12. Especially when I have my hair long. Back rubs are cool but I have pimple scarring on my back so it looks dumb and not very attractive. Besides that I have moles that aren't proper moles but they are. I don't know how to describe it. They are the colour of moles but flush with my skin and only relatively small.

Our group got an A. [editline]3rd February 2014[/editline] I have a decent business idea that I'm extremely hyped about. It might take a while, but I really want to see this get going. I'll probably do a ton of planning then consult a startup consultant. It'll probably be a long time though to save up the money I'll need.
