Decided the day before my 18'th birthday that "today was the day" and just told everyone. Nobody had a problem with it but everyone was quite surprised, apparently I don't seem gay at all...

I asked my manager why he had cut all my hours and he basically said it's my fault they are cut, and then gave me reasons that aren't true at all.
