I just like dark mornings cuz usually I'll miss the sunrise, and it's just awesome to watch it slowly and gradually happen.
daylight savings sucks, doesn't get completely dark until 8:30-9PM atm
I just like dark mornings cuz usually I'll miss the sunrise, and it's just awesome to watch it slowly and gradually happen.
In my opinion that's the best part of an all-nighter, staring out the window and watching the sky slowly light up as the Sun comes around :v:
It gets too dark too fast. I always feel like it's time to sleep at 6pm.
It also means that I gotta get home faster as it would get darker and colder by the hour. Less staying after school for stuff.
It also means that I gotta get home faster as it would get darker and colder by the hour. Less staying after school for stuff.
Why not just wear a thick jacket and stay after school?
Why not just wear a thick jacket and stay after school?
It takes about 20 minutes to walk either way and when it's dark, with ice and snow all over the place it can take longer. I want to be able to see and not slip over so much ice when it gets darker and colder into the evening. And I have a thick jacket, I'm more worried about slipping and falling because I can't see anything in the dark.

Or simply walking carefully, I've never really walked in snow so I have no idea how to really help you.

It just takes longer for me to walk to places so I'd rather leave earlier so I can see what I'm walking over with less frozen ice all over the place than not.
Only thing I hate about winter right now is how dry it makes being indoors. Fuck my throat I need more water.
I knew my monitor would go out today! Sad and I wish I had actual winter here in southern California
I knew my monitor would go out today! Sad and I wish I had actual winter here in southern California
Yeah it would be nice to have colder weather here in southern California. And snow, all the talk of it in this thread makes me really want to experience it for myself.
I would love the temperature to be all round cooler in Western Australia. It only gets down to 0c during the coldest day at 5am. Then in summer it gets far too hot. Snow is awesome though, I've seen in twice in my life, once in the USA and once in the UK during an absolutely freezing winter. I guess that's where I got my tolerance to cold from.
I could live with 0C 24/7 all year round as long as they kept the roads from becoming icy.
Snow is awsome because its so beautiful [t]http://www.hdwallpaperstop.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/09/winter-snow-wallpapers-hd-1920-%C3%97-1200.jpg[/t]
I saw this and thought "that's familiar" Turns out I've been there. I like Canada.
I saw this and thought "that's familiar" Turns out I've been there. I like Canada.
Is that somewhere near Banff? Looks like what I remember of Banff.
holy fuck its like a bowling alley on the roads right now
Meanwhile here in Florida... It's about 85degrees outside at night and about to be another Thunder storm.
Meanwhile here in Florida... It's about 85degrees outside at night and about to be another Thunder storm.
That sounds amazing
I'd kill for a nice quiet rainstorm right now.
sweet mother of god its happening
I feel like having a 3 way with my bf one of these days but I dont know where to find another guy to join in or where. Oh well.
I'd kill for a nice quiet rainstorm right now.
Why? They get old really quickly. Everything is wet, it's humid, you can't go anywhere, they're usually not even quiet and just bleh.
Well, the rain sounds help me sleep too. And it's not like it gets wet inside, unless your shingling is severely fucked. :v: And I can't drive yet so I don't worry about having to go somewhere.
I'd kill for a nice quiet rainstorm right now.
Why not a loud rainstorm. Then get under bedsheets and it's amazing.
Why not a loud rainstorm. Then get under bedsheets and it's amazing.
Loud sounding storms will make me really nervous and cause me to either get sick or have a panic attack. It's always been a problem for me.
Loud sounding storms will make me really nervous and cause me to either get sick or have a panic attack. It's always been a problem for me.
Ah alright then. I didn't know. I do like heavier storms. I've always wanted to go and sit at a train station and watch people come and go in the middle of a storm. I just have no way of getting around to do it.
I personally love storms. I think lightning and thunder is the coolest shit ever.
Aw man no more talk about weather because we don't have that here Oh well I plan on moving after degree
I personally love storms. I think lightning and thunder is the coolest shit ever.
Thunder used to scare me.
