Well, I feel somewhat sad with vib-ripple, but only because of my expectations! On first glance, I was disappointed that vib-ripple was a Japan-only game. All I ever heard about it was that it involved pictures, and me being an odd guy, thought, "Ooh, a rhythm game based on [b]pictures?[/b] I don't know how that'd work but [i]I must see this for myself.[/i]" Now, I've actually gone out my way to see a gameplay video for it. Video in question: [media]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8nnAu47ukdQ[/media] I noticed that they added a little spice to the game (or so I thought :v: ); the drums. I'd assume that solo-drums would be something that you had to actually hold a corresponding button for a brief period, kinda like those long arrow streaks in Dance Dance Revolution. Then came the actual gameplay. I was confused; where's the rhythm? Where's the obstacles that she had to avoid in time with the music, as opposed to those little ball things you need to avoid bouncing on? Turns out it's an [i]entirely[/i] different game. You're this weird rabbit thing made out of weird line things that bounces on a giant picture to collect weird things before time runs out while avoiding dangerous weird things. Bouncing enough times on a certain spot gets you a collectable; get all of the collectables and you win, with a cute result screen. Plus, you can import your own pictures to use as levels! While the idea is nice, simple, and original, the reason for my disappointment now became the transition from an awesome rhythm game to this, rather than the fact it was Japan-only. :v:

Where is your heart? I popped a half-assed joke at Banished (a game that I like) not expecting any sort of negative reply.
