I return from my interview, and the most iconic words from the interviewer were "We'll contact you closer to the date." That apparently means that they're gonna contact me later on to give me the starting date of the course, get copies of my qualifications and stuff like that, and basically say that I'm in. Apparently if I had been told "We'll keep in touch" or something it would've been equal to "don't come back" so I think it went well!

Oh boy leaving the fan on overnight for white noise wasn't one of my greatest ideas. It's 27 degrees Fahrenheit out there and now it's an ice box in here. But it's hard to sleep without white noise. :c

I used to pop in my Destroy All Humans! disc for my original Xbox and leave it on the main menu before sleeping so I could pretend like I'm sleeping on a space station. im fuckin weird okay

The sound of the fans actually gets me to sleep sometimes :v:

The sound of the fans on my computer help sometimes, but then the case starts rattling for no reason and then I can't sleep. It's like a fucking woodpecker on fast forward.

I like putting on music on while I sleep, at almost lowest volume. Just enough to hear it clearly.

So, after reading this thread I decided to put rain sounds + Mogwai on. Almost fell asleep at the keyboard 10 minutes later. Damn you all.

I hate my online courses. Whole campus is closed due to ice, so what do they do? Expect you to spend ALL of your time on their classes instead of some of it.
