They own enough congresscritters that they can do literally anything they want, and they have effective monopolies in the areas they "serve". This is a failure of the capitalist system.

maybe it's just me but i don't mind AT&T their internet is slow but it's stable and low ping their TV may be a bit limited but it's stable and good signal their cell phone plans are limited and a bit expensive but has the best 3G coverage in my area and it's stable [editline]4th March 2014[/editline] i will probably switch my phone to their plan once my contract is up because there is less "shit my 3G just cut out" in my town

I can never get ping below 150 on anything. Ever.

well i get a consistent 60-70 ping on most game servers [I]over 802.11g wifi[/I] on AT&T on their slowest 3Mb/s connection so experiences may vary. [editline]4th March 2014[/editline] i think we still pay $25 a month or so for it.

I think my overexcitedness of passing my interview earlier is taking its toll and now i'm tired as shit :v: yay for my interview going well now time to go to bed and worry about it in the morning until i realise it happened yesterday and i don't need to worry about it now.

People who think they can't game on WiFi, because of ping, really need to get over themselves. My bro runs a cable through the house because he thinks you can feel that 1ms difference.

actually some games like World of Tanks really handle wifi poorly for some reason and being connected to it will literally render the game unplayable by teleporting you across the map and lagging you out for thirty seconds at a time

That and I always game over wifi, on CSGO I often get pings between 7 and 50ms. Not bad at all for Wifi.
