I know right, what a useless twonk.
And he has the nerve to say, upon shooting him,
"Please stop being human."
Well then please stop being a floating annoying eyeball 343
The Library is the worst.
But The Maw is easily the best level in Halo ever

Don't expect a game. It's not that far along yet.

It's been on my wishlist for a while, but I haven't actually been motivated to get it, yet.
What exactly can you do in it right now?
the problem with CaH is that it's a pretty forced humor kind of game with no actual objective so most of the cards that get played rarely actually make sense and you just kind of give the round to whoever had the most offensive or stupid card. No real skill involved and it's all just on the luck of the draw with no strategy really needed.
You are entirely missing the point if you think CaH, or any party game is designed to be played with actual skill or seriousness.
The reason why CaH works so well is because its basically Apples to Apples except without the child-friendly guise thrown on top, and a lot of geek humor thrown into it as well. Plus the capability to make your own themed decks. You play it while drunk and having a fun time with friends casually (well, being drunk is optional) vs. making it an event. Trying to play it in a way where you are actually trying to "play it" (if that makes any sense) makes it really boring, just like any party game. I play it a few times a year and its always entertaining.
It's like some friends me and my BF played moonbase alpha with a while back. All they wanted to do was actually play/beat the game normally. Kind of missing the point, nobody thinks moonbase alpha is actually fun to play but its fun to dick around in for a short while.

Also luck based games are literally perfect for parties where everyone involved isn't going to be some wizard at the game. The random element is much more fun in groups, unpredictable/exciting, and easier to get into. Skill based games are terrible in casual settings, but great in smaller numbers or less-than-casual settings. Talisman is a perfect example. Super random/luck based, super boring to play in a serious manner. But its pretty enjoyable to play with four people drinking or goofing off. Still not my favorite luck based game though - the end game gets to the point where you win or lose almost entirely on luck and people know who the winner of the game is well before the game actually ends.
That said, skill based games are a loads of fun if you are organizing a game night specifically for something like that, and everyone comes prepared for it. I have fond memories of doing 3v3 MtG super games overnight during highschool

It's kinda just a basic level editor right now. You can edit maps and put some simple level logic, objects and enemies to fight but that's about it. There's also the arena but that's just fighting.

Hmm... I'll probably wait some more, then. I probably wouldn't play much if I got it now.

Chocolate is essential for everything.
I have been listening to audiobooks and shit lately so I thought I might give reading things a shot. Recorded a little something. Is my voice enjoyable to listen to? Do I have an accent?

On my way home, I decided to ask my dad to take a detour from our usual gym-home route and look at the local LAN place that closed down last January. The nail salon that was next-door had cleared house, but the sign for the LAN place (Crazy Penguins) was still there.
I got out of the car and just looked through the front door. It was dark, silent, no lights, no carpet. All that was recognizable was the counter where you'd "sign in" or purchase drinks/food.
...it was like going to a cemetery, really. All the memories and great times came rushing back. I hate to attach value to inanimate things, but that place meant a lot to me.
