Everything looks prettier than ever.

Though I do love seeing all the plants not being dead in the summer and all the snow (when it actually COMES HERE) in the winter, Spring and Autumn are just, in my opinion, the best.

idk where else to ask, but what do you do when one of your best friends gets super emotional, to the point where she says everything would just be better if she killed herself, and you spend an hour trying to convince her that it wouldn't solve anything, ending with her suddenly going offline and you can't reach her phone?

I'm scared and I really don't know what to do. I called her mom and asked her to check on her. Seemed like the best thing I could do, but I'm freaking out. This is so uncomfortable...

Don't know what you can really do on your end. Just suffer the discomfort as best you can until you get another chance to tell her it's okay. Depression is bad business, but reassurance and patience is all a friend can offer to help it, I think.

Unless you do winter sports, winter is the worst out of all season. Snow isn't "Oh so beautiful." it's brown, comes with it, cars lasting WAY less time than anywhere else, electricity bills goes twice their amounts, sometimes three times in jan/feb. Oh the joy of shoveling 9-12feet of snow during the winter.

I'm sorry, I don't take people wishing for snow or big winters seriously, like not at all. It's not fun. Not forgetting the before and after, where it's just as dull as it can get.

To be fair tho AC is not a necessity, there's no tornadoes or hurricanes that are ever gonna hit us, there's no crazy ass bugs. There's pros and cons to winter

The bonus is that no bugs are going to kill you. AC is debatable, not a necessity but useful for July(More so if you want to cuddle.), tornadoes and hurricanes gladly, are out of the way. But flood happens.
