And we are talking gay relationships too, which are pretty much the kings of poly. As a matter of fact, I don't know a single [I]true[/I] poly relationship that has ever worked out in the long term. By true I'm not talking about having sex with friends on occasion with your partner (I don't consider casual and consensual acts of sex involving your partner with friends as poly), I'm talking about each person in the relationship being open to dating/sexing whoever on an individual basis, or having a closed relationship with multiple guy/girl friends. Just because poly relationships are becoming more "in vogue" compared to 30 years ago doesn't mean tried-and-true mono relationships suddenly stop being a thing.

Soooooo I finally told my mother about my homosexuality. So yeah, I guess that's behind me. We agreed on keeping this between two of us for now before revealing it to the rest of our family. I honestly feel much better right now, glad that's behind me. So, who wants to fuck?
