What do y'all do to relieve really bad stress? I could really use a few pointers right about now. Like it's so bad that all the other stresses that I already have seem like nothing now. And I want stray away from drinking myself to death for once. I would talk to someone in person, but that could potentially cost me my job. Even though its my job that's causing this stress. I'm desperate for any sort of relief. And unfortunately I can't talk to anybody about the specific thing that's causing it due to its classification, not even my friends. Which sucks..

Which sucks..[/QUOTE] Well, personally I use gaming to unwind a bit by playing relaxing/casual games like Wurm Online, MC or some other game that doesn't require a tonne of attention, but I guess it's not something that works for everyone.
