Well it hasn't gone wrong -yet-, but I wasn't able to get it finished. Or really all that started. Ordered a whole set of wires to make things easier, and those'll be in sometime this week. I'll try again next weekend but right now my stick's mangled and unusable.

I've been wanting to build a custom fightstick for a while, buying all the parts myself, for arcade games. But, money.

My arcade stick was one of my best buys ever.

Even when I'm not using it to play fighting games, it's just so good for use with all sors of other arcade-style games, like sidescrollers and stuff.

It's a Hori Real Arcade Pro V3 SA. The inside of it's got too much unnecessary plastic and not enough room for stuff. Not a very mod-friendly stick.
If I get a new stick, it'll be a Qanba Q4.
