Shit, some scrub I didn't like won the election for graduation speaker or some shit. There was this nice girl I voted for instead.
pizza is best food
Pizza was the best then i learned it's terribly unhealthy.
So now I eat it and occasionally stop and go "this is a bad idea" but then go back to eating it.
I mean who even needs to live past 25

If living past 25 means I'll get to play HL3, then me.
Pizza is actually pretty bland now. Idk cheese is just medocre to my taste buds now.

Also I know you guys are joking but it's pretty disgusting that people actually use the "who needs to live past 25" logic
i wanna live past
Except that game is severely outdated
I don't know, it's still pretty on par with most DM games. At the very least it's not bogged down by gimmicky mechanics and is still a true blooded deathmatch that wasn't really just tacked on in the same way most dm gamemodes are tacked on to games.
I just played HL2DM, it's still moderately active.
You can eat as much junk food as you want, as long as you're active and receive the right nutrients between eating junk food.
I eat around 6-8 eggs, bacon and half a loaf of toast for breakfast and if I'm having pizza for dinner (I usually have pizza) I eat 2 12" pizzas. Lunch is whatever's cheap and easy.
you're also 6'6. need more food than a 5'9 guy

It just seems very old to me relative to other Deathmatch games/mods released at the time. Not relative to current gen Deathmatch games.
I'd get sick of pizza if I worked all day with pizza.
I only move the boxes, I don't really even see it or smell it. I don't really like dominos anyway. The only reason I got it was because it was free.
Also this thread is moving so fast at 5am in the morning.
so yeah, i wrote him that I'm not doing well at all but left out the part where it's because of being terribly worried about him. he said he'd call 'maybe'. his anxiety makes him never pick up unannounced calls, it takes him a bit of time to prepare. i think i was right, he must have had some sort of breakdown. hes a bit more talkative right now but still, not very optimistic about that call
So here's a little update. He called after all. Turns out he's been hard at work. He's been dieting and lost 5 kg in two weeks, cleaned the entire house all over and he's looking very healthy but also determined. He's been talking about making a change many times but he also told me it's something he has to do alone. I'm very happy that he's making progress in life but he said it was going to be a big change where he had to exclude the people around him, focus on himself and maybe make a new start.
I really support his decision, he needs a fresh start more than anything. Though I'd be devastated if he felt I held him back, I wouldn't try and stay by force. The thought of where his life is headed left me sleepless as well and I secretly made preparations to support him in every way possible, finances, jobs, housing if shit ever hit the fan, he needs this.
I have mixed feelings. It really seems to be a new start for him, or at least a lot of progress and I am extremely happy about that. I just don't want to be left behind after I finally found enough trust in a person to let them into my life. I've been around long enough to know when something is truly irreplaceable.

It was extremely unique, nothing else had physics over the net that affected play so much. It also had the gravity gun.
The only other game I can think of from around that time which had physics affect play was Halo 3 because of all those cone kills and explosive barrels rolling around.

Which is literally what I wrote, duh

imo you should use the band aid approach and just ask him directly. you don't want to stay in your bed freaking out and checking if he messaged you on your phone because you think it's actually because he's busy and not because he's moved on.
i didn't know one of the posters here was a professional WWE wrestler
Maybe it's a side effect of being depressed and bored.

Then you're almost objectively wrong there. Not to be that guy making the argument but when released HL2DM was pretty fucking good and would rival even other games like unreal tournament.
