Speaking of, I have my best friend visiting from Thursday night on through the weekend next week. Coming all the way from California. You might remember me mentioning moving that way, it's because I'd move in with him. I'm pretty excited about the visit itself.

I either get depressing nightmares or just nothing when I sleep. I actually wish I had a decent dream for once.

Last night, I had a dream where I had to prepare a dinner party at my house. I had about 1 hour to get it all ready, and my parents refused to help and just sat on the couch watching Midsomer Murders. Then, Harry Truman came in and tried to help, but when I was moving the shrimp to the table I tripped and it got all over the place. Truman was really disappointed and I got super sad. Then the doorbell rang, and fucking Jimmy Hendrix shows up 25m early, so we awkwardly stand around while he looks at my knick knacks in the cabinet. I woke up before I could find out how the party went.

My back, palms and left wrist are aching, and got a running nose. Oh well, at least I will no longer have to worry about changing the tires to our car until the next autumn.

Another week going by without a single day off Man I can't wait until the end of this month when schools finally done and my boss actually starts hiring replacements for the people who have left for their summer jobs. Its not so bad - I have most of the day to myself, just have to work the evenings pretty much every day except on sunday where its all day. Just ends up being like working 12p-10p when I have to go to school outside of class to work on projects then immediately go to work. And even if I'm only working a short shift not having a full day off still sucks. Then I have to worry about moving out for the start of next month to a hopefully better apartment. I like my current place decently enough but the kitchen is TINY and my bath tub is awful, plus no dishwasher. I'd rather move into a place that doesn't have that problem for near the same price than live here again for another year, as much as moving sucks.
