I'm going to play Nightmare House 2 again, it was such a well done free mod. I liked how the end suddenly goes all sci-fi.
The horror and the story sucked most of all though.
sad day for the gay squad cs:go superteam
many defeats

Are you kidding? I thought it had some very imaginative and new ways of creating a scary atmosphere, like the parts with the shadows but no people and the mannequins.
The story also had a lot of great elements, the friendly ghost, the mad scientist, the self-aware psychopath computer, the 4 army men fighting with you. Really unique set of characters for a mod you can beat in a couple of hours, even the voice acting was good for a game of its caliber.

It's like every time someone is posting about a game or a movie you instantly jump in to say it's shit
Considering it's also a free mod made by enthusiasts in their free time, it's well done.

The game's matchmaker will adjust, and you'll go back to having winning streaks.

I just thought it didn't really have anything for me that made it stand out, I know it's a mod by people in their spare time and all that lovely stuff but that doesn't immediately make it nectar of ambrosia in my mind.
Welp, not getting the new stick today. Probably tomorrow.
Just gave blood, went excellently and felt absolutely nothing the entire time. Didn't even need to mark my veins because they're so prominent which is interesting I guess, although, I did double-take when answering the survey. I knew that there was alot of controversy about gay sexually-active males being unable to give blood, but I just never thought about it. Kind of hit me that that's still a thing. Why is that still a thing?
They still can't detect HIV/AIDS in their early stages afaik. Since sexually active gayz probably still have a much higher rate of infection than other people it's safer. Better to turn down blood donors than risk infections.
I had an issue with it a while ago but then I thought about it some more and I can't see any reason to say it's a bad thing other than I can't donate blood. Someone can correct me if I am wrong though.
Good job donating though, not enough people do and there are lots of people who can't for whatever reason. My parents can't ever because they were in the UK when there was mad cow.
My parents can't ever because they were in the UK when there was mad cow.
Same reason for my Mum, apparently it extends to me or something. Not that I would give blood as I am so scared of needles.
I should probably donate blood since I'll probably be ineligible to donate soon........

Oh man, I forgot about that.
Thanks for reminding me, now to re-install.
Apparently you can buy stuff that smells like rain. Petrichor oils or something. I want some.
Speaking of mods I've been blazing through Afraid of Monsters & Cry of Fear in my spare time. Still my favourite mods ever and still as horrifying.
I've had cry of fear installed since release, but I've not played it yet. I've got a lot of things installed that I haven't played yet.
Does anyone remember or have that Nightmare House 2 comic gmod-posed about the mannequins? There's no luck on google, so it's probably the only one.
I've been playing a lot of Metroid lately. Great old game. Still really atmospheric and a bit terrifying at times.

I have a "Rainy day" scented candle in my room.

I want this, where can you get one
I want this, where can you get one
I can't remember, but it can't be too hard to find a rain smelling candle. There are shops all over the place here that sell incense and scented candles.
Cry of Fear is great mod but since the steam release, everytime when I shoot the gun, the games freezes for milisecond. It's barelly noticeable but annoying as fuck.
That's a real fucking shiny mouse ya got there
Has anyone here tried caviar before?
I feel like trying something expensive.

$35 refurbished from Newegg
I think I did pretty good
Now that usps/dhl delivered it, are ya feeling any better?
How much is the pay at a bakery in a supermarket? I figured it would just be minimum wage.
At my interview I was offered £7/hour, with time and a half+a days pay for national holidays, life insurance and a pension, and whilst that would be great, and I'd love the money, the job I picked probably has more of a future
So figured i'd stop by my Uni's Queer Lounge after work to do some assignment work and as it turns out, they were having a Japanese bondage workshop...
yeah, i ended up doing a lot of study...

I want to go to that uni now

RMIT Melbourne has hands-down the best Queer lounge in Melbourne, maybe even best in Australia.
[editline]17th April 2014[/editline]
no joke, they had a (non graphic) 'maximising anal pleasure' workshop last week

I'd love to go to RMIT but goddamn the cost of living in Melbourne is so high right now
I'd love to go to RMIT but goddamn the cost of living in Melbourne is so high right now
whereabouts in 'straya are you right now?
No one told me about Queer lounges, does my uni have one?! I want one. They have a gay club thing but when I went to join it was one guy on his phone ignoring everyone so I thought it must be pretty boring.
[editline]17th April 2014[/editline]
I don't think my university has one. This sounds like an awesome idea though. How come kaze4159 has one at his uni and I don't seem to have one at mine; not fair! I'd feel better if it was just in Melbourne because everyone is gay/metrosexual there. :v:

"The City Queer Department also holds weekly Queer Collective Meetings, where we talk about our plans for the semester, figure out future campaigns, and maul to death small innocent pastries."
...
I am moving to Melbourne where I can maul to death small innocent pastries at RMIT.
