I keep getting stuck on David Gilmour/Pink Floyd. I just started listening to some Dream Theater for the first time to see it's something I'd like, but all I keep thinking about is listening to more Gilmour.

Slept in, missed today's class, can't go anywhere 'cause I'm all gross and really need a shower, ran out of shower stuff, don't have any money. God dammit.

The month of May will have so many interesting movie releases. The new Godzilla, X-Men, Spider-Man, Maleficent... I'm yet to see Captain America 2 too. Most of them are 3D so I'll have to starve to buy tickets for them all

Why haven't they done a new movie for Dr. Strange yet? That shit would be cool as fuck.

Haven't heard that one yet, but I'll give it a listen. Edit: Actually, I'm really liking that one.

i could never REALLY get into dreamtheatre. Like i was always 'meh' about them but it didn't help that i had like 2 friends who praised the shit out of them.

To be frank, the two friends who enthused about them were very pretentious and i honestly felt that they liked Dream Theatre just because of how different it was and how they could always point to them as like the glorious shining example.

I like Dream Theater alright, but I like Rush tons better imo, in terms of Prog Rock.

I'd only listen to a handful of their songs. Past Moving Pictures though, it get's kinda synthy, which I don't mind, but it turned a lot of people off at the time.
