Maybe some Portal-esque puzzle solving added in, but not so much that it just becomes a chore that takes you out of the task at hand. Also, bigger maps too.

Planned on making E1M1 and so on, hopefully the game will already have added a radio so I can just slap on some of that looping music. i had a weird dream last night where in one fucking sequence i went from being at work, to a library, to trying e-cigs, then somehow getting stuck at my high school without a bus pass, to somehow driving in the backseat of my car, to smoking weed in a restaurant and somehow got so high i became harry potter who then went to go check my wizard bank high. i'm still asking myself why.

It's tedious and takes time but i love it, i keep playing it so much. Now if only i actually would clean up my place instead of a spacestation.

Alas the sight of a bee makes me just evacuate through means of "right then" and walking out instead of dealing with it myself.

I used to be really cautious around bees, to this day i will still freeze up for a second when i see them just because they'll come out of nowhere but then i settle down and stop caring. I learned to stop caring because every summer when i work an opening shift at my job i have to put out trash carts and they are usually filled with bees and hornets, so i'd have to deal with like 10-20 in the same spot everyday. You just stop caring.

I'm at the airport flying back from seeing my ex-bf. Had a great time but it's pretty sad considering I spent so much of my young adult years with him and this might be the last time I ever see him before he moves country for his PhD (he moved away from my town to do a masters a few hundred miles away and now he's moving again). I hoping I left good impressions, I was trying my best to make sure the visit went as smooth as possible so we left with good memories, but I think the stress was apparent. I'm probably looking to far into this, I had a good time, so did he, and that's all that matters, petty things don't matter in this case. We met up with some local furries and it's made me jealous of the furry scene he has over there, some really cool people. The furry scene here is a bit shit, put simply. The trip was such a contrast too, since I was in England to do readings for my Grandma's funeral, which was stressful (funerals are always sad and stressful), followed immediately by travelling to see my ex to have the best long weekend I've had in months. I don't think I've ever appreciated sitting out in the sun so much since my last visit with him in California. Blog post, sorry. Bored at airport and pissed off that I got randomly selected to have my bag's contents all thrown out :v:. Thankfully they sell Tiger beer in this airport. So today's finals didn't go entirely according to plan, but it wasn't disastrous by any means. Also, I learned that I have a good bit more leeway in grades than I thought.

So my new phone came in, apparently its actually locked despite the guy selling it saying it was unlocked. Hoping he'll give me an unlock code, but honestly I was thinking of maybe switching to Straight Talk (AT&T) on it anyways due to the better and more full coverage I'd get out of it. Using Tmobile on it would only work for 2G and 4G, not 3g... and Tmobile's 4G coverage is very small. Sucks though. Would have been nice to use my phone while I wait for the new SIM to show up instead of having to wait a week. And straight talk is $15 extra per month so I'd be spending $180/year more just to get full coverage on this phone and better 4G coverage in general.
