It's a soda that a lot of people here make out to be the worst drink in existence when really it's just generic-ish store brand style Cola.

Was eating a cup of rice from a local chinese food place, and suddenly while chewing I bite down on something hard. It sounded odd so instead of ignoring it I pulled it out of the food I was chewing. It's a fucking piece of glass. Guess I won't be eating from there again

and just like that things are over my girlfriend's mom told her today they're moving to ireland in a month, which for more than three quarters of i'm out of town so we ended things today. i enjoyed the two of us a lot but i don't feel [i]bad[/i]. or anything, really. i feel bad that i don't have any feelings about this. how are all of you lovelies

Fucking hell I hate being jerked around so much. Talked to the manager of a place I used to work at, asked if they needed anyone for the summer, she said yeah and to just write a quick memo reminding her that I'm available. That was over a week ago. I followed up last Tuesday, was told she's "still going through applications". I'll follow up in-person next Monday but it seems like someone else got the job. I could have used this time to apply to other places. [i]Don't bloody imply someone can have a job if it isn't basically a sure-thing, it's not like I NEED money or anything...[/i]

Day 1 of anime north. Lots of cosplayers. More to come tomorrow because everyone's too busy checking into their hotel and setting stuff up.
