well i thought i could go this entire year without getting sick but the cold weather decided that now is the time to die :(
Sounds like the HDD might be dying. Back up your shit ASAP.
It's only a few months old, ugh.

Took my 2 TB Seagate about 3 months to die and send back for an RMA (replacement worked fine since). But the fact that its not booting (and when it does, its slow) sounds like the HDD is failing. Maybe check RAM, but I'm betting its the HDD.

Shit. I'm really only hoping it will hold out for a week or 2, when my computer building friend gets home and we can build me a brand new one.
I got this one loaned from him, and he never expected it to last long. But I only need it to go a bit longer before I can get a whole new one.
But, I will back up everything I can just incase.
So Starbound came out and I'm giving it the totally official 100% legitimate approval of everyone ever for Game of Forever.
It's really fun even though it's crashing often because it's in beta :v:
Time to get up tomorrow and see everyone in the world playing Starbound again!
Only 2 out of my 50 Steam friends are playing Starbound :p
Only 2 out of my 50 Steam friends are playing Starbound :p
WELL AINT THAT JUST THE BEES KNEES
[sp]i'm bitter sry[/sp]
Apparently I only have 11 who play it and only 2 who actually got excited with me about it because I'm fairly sure the others forgot who i was 3 centuries ago :v:
I had a few people on my friend's list a while ago that legit didn't remember either us adding eachother and just removed me.
That stuff happens more than you think.
-snip-
Well I had a great confidence boost when I realised only about 8 or 10 people out of all 83 of my friends actually are interested enough in talking to me regularly and not whenever a TF2 update comes out or when they happen upon me on their own friends list every once in a millennium.
And then that while I would remove them I'd have the thought of "but what if they come back suddenly" and I leave them just in case they magically feel like talking on a regular basis again.
It's kinda saddening but I like to pretend it's not there so I don't feel as bad :v:
ha ha i had people on my friends list a while ago that never talked to me or knew i existed anymore so i removed them
that's a real confidence boost (its not i'm fucking depressed as shit)
I have people on my friends list who I somewhat know, have never talked to and have no idea when I added them, but I don't remove anyone unless they're being a massive creep
I will always have people on my friends list that I never talk to. I don't have the heart to simply remove them, though, cuz some of them I used to get on with.
I try to talk to literally everyone on my friends list now.
But if we don't talk at least once every 2 or 3 weeks even to just say hi, then I remove them. Especially if I try to say hi over they course of a few days and get no response. A few hours or the next day I can understand but to flat-out ignore someone just why even have me on your friends list? It's obvious we're not friends.
ALSO I FEEL SO WEIRD WHEN I HAVE A COUPLE ON MY FRIENDS LIST BECAUSE I FEEL LIKE WHEN I SAY HI TO ONE I HAVE TO SAY HI TO BOTH
I had about 130 people on my friends list before, and I only spoke to about 5 of them.
My Steam friends are the last vestige of a social life that I currently have.
social life
oh I've heard of those what are they though?
I've never had one
I dunno.
If it doesn't involve playing games, I'd rather not know.
Most of my friends are IRL.
It's nice knowing you have people there to do actual things for you when you need them.
I have a small list of people I used to talk to when I was in a community with them. That community fell apart, so or similiar interests died with it. And I also work late, so by the time I get on, everyone is asleep.
But like I said, anyone wants a friend who will respond back to them and play games with them, I'm right here. Don't be shy. I just have weird hours.

I envy you. Not gonna lie :v:
no friends master race
no friends master race
What a lonely place for a master race.
I seriously cannot stop watching ATHF. Send help.
You don't need any. If anything your life is improving.
I find that as long as I have long pants, I'm OK and I could just wear a t shirt and be fine in freezing temperatures
based arm hair
That wouldn't fly here
I know a guy who took his winter boots off and found out his one big toe was so badly frost-bitten he had to have it removed
Your fingers would be fucked in less than an hour

So after being in denial for awhile I think I'm ready to accept the fact that I'm bi.
[sp]can't really call myself straight after masturbaiting to gay porn :v:[/sp]
