I don't know anything anymore. We were not an 'official' couple, but we've been on the phone or at least in chat or cam every single day for a year and he changed me as a person. Now I'm in this situation and I feel so helpless. I know that this situation has affected me already, I won't walk away from it as the person I was before. But if something were to happen, I won't walk away from it at all, I'll carry it with me for the rest of my days. Right now, in this very moment, a part of me is dying. And I can just let it happen, I can't take this. Not at all.

My dreams keep ending with an english speaking polar bear chasing me from house to house, occasionally getting in. Like why a polar bear mind, come on.

Update on the situation. Could reach him, he doesn't seem to be in immediate danger of suicide but he's in very poor health. He has a number of conditions related to his breathing that are acting up from the stress. As for therapy, I hope to get him to a point where he can accept the notion of therapy again. He's been in therapy, but the therapist he had was abusive and let his personal issues out on the patients. One of my goals is to get him back on track enough that he can accept a good therapist if I can find one.
