Mario Kart 8 is amazing. The only downside I am really seeing is the characters. Why are there like [sp]5 baby characters and every other koopaling[/sp] or whatever they are? Surely they could have gotten pretty much any other character to put in, hell they put in Donkey Kong so why not some characters from his franchise too? I tagged that, but it doesn't ruin anything. It's better to be safe though.

That ain't really that much of a spoiler but anyway, I think metal Mario and golden peach are biggest waste of character slots.

I've not seriously played any of the Mario Karts except the N64 one since I never really owned a nintendo console. I just know they've been rehashed over and over, but people have been saying this is probably one of the best ones in the series. The levels are just SO well made and fun, and theres plenty of content. Its also friggin' beautiful. The only thing I hate about it is the battle mode. Terrible, the arena-style battle mode for the N64 was miles better. For ultimate hate, play as Baby Peach and then [I]win[/I]. Seriously who likes baby peach. Playing as baby peach and winning is a guaranteed h8 It helps that she's actually a really good character to play as being so light, can take turns super sharp and accel fast.

My brother also lost to me in nearly every race because he picked everyone slower.

Got my new Sony Xperia Z2 today. I hope this phone lasts longer than my previous one.

I love getting into bed to sleep then lying in bed being unable to sleep because it's too warm

So I won the lottery today, I checked my tickets 30 minutes after the draw and one of them was a winner but it didn't say how much. I went up to the front desk and the guy printed a receipt that said WINNER: prize amount is not available yet. The dude said it could be the jackpot or a huge prize, also said he's never seen that before since once the numbers are out you will get told how much you won if its less than 10 grand or something. The thing is, if its a small prize you usually collect it the same time, if its a large one you go to the head office downtown and pick it up, but when I checked online all I had were 5 of 7 winning numbers on an encore draw in random order which shouldn't have won anything, and it wasn't even the main draw. Here's to hoping it was a glitch and I get to keep the jackpot :V

In practice you better be a goddamn god at the game and know the tracks by heart because its super unforgiving if you don't make turns just right with them, as the moment you lose any momentum is when you pretty much lose.
