I'd like to point out that volcanic rock is commonly not very hard at all actually in comparison to a regular igneous rock or even granite. DO NOT ALLOW YOURSELF TO BELIEVE BEING HARD LIKE VOLCANIC ROCK IS VERY HARD.

i'd also like to congratulate you on your attention to details, since the character is not digested due to the huge amounts of semen in the dragon's stomach. Semen actually is a medium alkaline liquid, so an acidic stomach would simply cancel it out to a less harmful acid.
