I did tell him a few times, but he kept asking for little things like "you should come to mine have a drink" and he said "i am going to be looking for a lodger in the next week"
then when i was being nice an acknowledging his offers for a drink he would say "so you never even thought about getting a bj of another guy" or "how he wears loose boxers and do I wear loose ones"
I just told him I'm going to bed since I'm tired, I feel so bad for him right now because the way I see it he has seriously embarrassed himself tonight with these questions.
But maybe he just doesn't know "how to be gay"? Not trying to be offensive with that btw just have no idea how to put that across
if he's constantly asking over and over again and you're turning him down again and again he's obviously pretty awkward and desperate. It's also possible he has a crush on you, in which case I'm not sure how you'd turn him down without him taking it pretty badly.

Why would he have a crush on me though? I've had a girlfriend for the most part of my teenage life and I actually got into a fight with him back in school. He is clearly desperate though, he told me he has never had the confidence to try anything with other people
I told him I needed to go to bed anyway, I didn't want to be a dick to him since he obviously needed to get a lot of his chest but I think he gets that I'm not gay now? He still however wants a drink, which I am not sure of at all

Same reason some straight guys or girls end up constantly pestering a guy/girl they know they'll never be able to be with. When people are horny their brains tend to turn off.
I've had crushes on straight friends before but I also have a slight amount of self control so I didn't become awkward about it.

Fair enough, did you ever tell them about it and if you did what was their response?
So I bought this watch today:

And I can really say the craftsmanship on it is amazing.

I got laughed at once because apparently using watches in 2014 is stupid.

Back when I had a watch, somebody told me to just use my cell phone. Granted, my watches were generally nothing special digital watches, but its really nice to just look at your wrist.
I actually wish I had one now for motorcycle riding since pulling out your phone is pants on head retarded.

I lost my phone 2 days ago :(
Whoa boy, what a night. Went ice skating as usual, I do it every week. Girlfriend was skating around and slammed into the barrier and ice, next thing we know she has to be put in an ambulance and left if the hospital overnight due to severely strained muscles and ligaments. Looks as if she is going to be out today thankfully, after that we have to worry about the cost though, since ambulances aren't cheap and she doesn't have insurance. On top of that we don't have enough money to pay for it all.

One was kind of homophobic and I never told them, another thought it was funny.
I am finally back home and recovering on my bed. Last night was considerably better than the night before, less naked women, and my friend found a guy from her civil engineering degree wandering the gay club alone because he isn't really out to anyone.
He stayed the night.
Single beds with two people require many snuggles.

Fine timepieces are much more of a fashion statement than anything these days.

I have two pocketwatches. I used to bring them with me like a wrist watch.
I want a proper wind up one though; the ones I have are all battery powered.

I have an autowinding watch with a transparent mechanism. It's not exactly fabulous, it was on sale from $200 to $50, which is not expensive for a watch, really. My problem? My lifestyle is too sedentary to keep it wound up! :v: So I bought a Motorola MotoActv, an android based smartwatch, and rooted it with Cleardroid. Its problem? I need to either shake my wrist or press a button to activate it, making it hardly more useful than my phone. I think a cheap toy watch would honestly serve me better than either of them.
I have Casio digital watch. Really great piece, has lots of functions I over the time grew use to. Problem with that I noticed lately, it not goes very well with style of my clothing. Lately I've been pretty much exclusively wearing shirts and skinny jeans which doesn't really go well with sporty looking watches.
Fine timepieces are much more of a fashion statement than anything these days.
Not really no, watches still retain their function perfectly.
Yeah but I just whip out my phone and get the same information.
With your logic, an old crt TV retains its function properly.

Except they do? We were still using one up until a couple years ago
Just because X can do something better than Y doesn't mean Y is useless
Didn't say they were useless. Just outdated. Like watches.
Went to my very first con, a local anime con.
It was really fun, I competed in Street Fighter and all the non-fighting game players thought I was a badass. :3

What about places where you can't use your phone, such as while driving or at church?
Also his logic is fine, I don't know what you're talking about.

That's also another thing, a watch is widely socially accepted everywhere, a phone not so much(i wanna see you taking out the phone to check the time at a funeral or during a class). Beside, yes i use an old CRT tv in on of my houses and it works just fine.
Didn't say they were useless. Just outdated. Like watches.
Outdated?
A watch is not heavy, doesn't take space, the battery lasts really long and to check the time you have to sligtly rotate your arm. Compare that to a phone :v:

I've decided to spend a $50 bill that's been sitting in my wallet on 50 $1 lottery scratch cards :v:
The usual prize is around $1-5 so I doubt I won't get anything back, I always wanted to see what the average loss for those cards would be.
