Its really just great at managing loose files, which is why OSX is really nice for multimedia and graphics since you rely on bringing together loads of loose files into one project when working on stuff of that nature. CS for example on mac doesn't even pop up anykind of interface beyond a toolbar or two when you open Photoshop (for example) in it - you just drag+drop items into the photoshop icon on the dock to open it in photoshop and that file acts as its own window. You can then seamlessly drag and drop this between programs like Illustrator and InDesign without any hiccups or interface oddities. If you have a dozen files or more open just hit the button that collages all open windows onto the screen instead of trying to fish for it in the task bar. Super quick. Granted if you have a shitty mac it probably isn't as seamless :v: but then again its kind of hard to buy a shitty mac since they are all so expensive and on close to the same pricing standards.

So as it turns out the video card I really wanted to buy was sold out. Not just in one store in one place. But literally the entire province. Newegg is sold out, tiger direct, best buy and like 3 other places. The video cards that are left got jacked up in price by like 60 dollars. I called one of the places to ask them whats going on and the guy told me that every time they get a shipment some asshole comes in and buys 5 video cards at a time so he can mine bitcoins. If I place an order now its going to take me two weeks to get one. FUCK BITCOINS AND FUCK BITCOIN MINERS.

And a few reasons 1. bitcoin mining will only loose you money 2. you're screwing everyone else who actually wants to build a PC who wants that card since it's sold out literally everywhere. 3. It's going to take anywhere from two weeks to a month to get one if they place an order which is a pain in the ass, I've already called 12 specialty places looking for one and got the same response. They're hoarding all of them.

somehow i've amassed 6,000 posts and I can only remember posting in the tf2 section (and here) this year. I don't know where the other 4 years went or what happened to get me to this number.

So I've gotten to sample both PS4 and Xbox One. The PS4 is pretty cool, though it did have a few rendering issues. The Xbox One crashed 5 times before it could even get a game to work.
