I find learning to type the alphabet from A to Z a good way to learn how to type. Just type the alphabet a lot and you'll be able to remember where letters are on the keyboard.

wel fp taght me 2 spel gud. But honestly, I learned how to type before FP. Back during HaloPC. FP just reinforced it. Didn't learn about internet speak until way after I learned how to write correctly.

FP helped my spelling due to the smartness system, once that went my spelling then drastically fell. Bring back smartness 2014.

i learned how to properly type. it's a great skill if you have to write papers.

Facepunch/internet have improved my English a lot, but at the same time I've gotten worse at Finnish. During any normal week, I type with a keyboard (usually in English) [I]at least[/I] 5 times more than I speak or handwrite Finnish. I don't think that's a good thing. Like, usually my saturday/sunday go on with me not saying a single word, and often the only words during a day come out when I say "hi" to the cashier at a grocery store.

Speaking of keyboards, my grandfather received an iPad or something of the sort for his birthday. Apparently his first response about the keyboard when he went to use it was: "The letters aren't even in alphabetical order!"

Well VGX sucked. Besides Tales from the Borderlands that is.

So I can type at a decent rate without looking at the keyboard, I constantly make typos by forgetting letters and swapping letters. I did it about eight times typing this. Probably doesn't help that my fingers are frozen cold. :v:

I just played Rust for the first time in forever. Spawned with a large rock, got mauled by a wolf, respawned, mauled by a bear. good times

I played it for 5 minutes. I walked for like 10 seconds towards some cabin and then got killed. Then I spawned again and got killed about 3 seconds after I spawned. Then I tried taking wood from a tree and got killed while doing that. Then the plugin crashed.

I miss the hatchet and flare

Of course, that was when it was in the very early stages. Dunno what it looks like now.
