I've seen people live out of a storage unit thing, one that you would find kinda isolated out on the freeway. Extremely spacious, though. Like a fourth was dedicated living space in which they put up little cubicle walls to make 'rooms', and the rest was related to business they had also ran out of there. Don't they have those expensive little cube-like houses that are very minimalistic with have a fancy but cramped interior? Those are like glorified shipping cargo containers. That actually sounds like a decent shelter project though Oh hey look someone posted something similar

Don't care honestly if I leave with 13~28k worth of student loans, it'll be having me do something.

Because you choose how you act but you can't really choose what you look like. Not implying you look awful btw just saying that insulting someone for their looks other than grooming/dressing style is pretty low

Actually living here and building this is impractical as hell. Its usually more expensive to furnish/build than just having an actual house would be, you can't actually live in them because they lack basics like plumbing most of the time, they have absolutely no insulation so they either get very hot or very cold to be in unless its perfect temp outside (and your energy bills will be through the roof), etc. They are basically neat little gimmick homes that architects build when they are bored as hobby houses just for fun, even though nobody could actually seriously live in hardly any of them long term (and the ones that you could tend to cost more to build than actually having a home).

Life is so fucking unfair sometimes. In June I had surgery to remove my Thyroid, this was because I had cancer. Now I am completely recovered, the cancer was cured and there is virtually chance of re-occurrence. The last few weeks I have been so happy and even joked about it because if you've survived it I guess that makes it okay to joke about the experience. Earlier today a very good friend of mine and an extremely close friend of the family for 40 years was diagnosed with Stomach cancer and told his chance to live for 5 years is about 10%. The doctor he spoke to said they will never be able to cure him completely, they can only try to fight it and extend his life as long as is possible but eventually it will win. I can't believe this has happened, he has always been a very healthy guy even now he is into his 60s and retired early he's extremely healthy and active still he goes out every day hunting. About a week ago he told me he was having trouble eating I said to him it's probably nothing just random swelling I expect, he said to me that I said about a week before my diagnosis that I was having trouble eating but I just told him nah it won't be anything like that what I had it'll be nothing and now here we are. He's actually taking it quite well, his family are far more upset than he is. I'm not sure what I can say to him or his family to make them feel any better.

Visiting London until Monday, wat do. I'm doing random tourist shit like tours and going on the typical stuff. So I bought a wireless gaming mouse for 35 bucks and the PIECE OF SHIT mouse starts fucking with my internet connection somehow, I can barely connect to google the second I start using the mouse like Im on dial up or some shit, that's the last time I buy an off brand mouse. I'm returning it tomorrow and buying a razor gaming mouse. At least this logitech gaming keyboard is working for me.......I fucking hate bad driver problems.
