Just ask.
The best pen & paper RPG system is GURPS and anyone who argues is a numpty because you can do literally anything in GURPS thus it's the best.
Just posting because I haven't in a while Uni is kind of overwhelming because they really don't tell you shit and there's no standardization at all in how assignments should be formatted between professors
Nobody's gonna tell you every little thing cause you ain't a kiddie no more, you're expected to ask. Uni rocks, shame I couldn't finish my course :(
Just posting because I haven't in a while Uni is kind of overwhelming because they really don't tell you shit and there's no standardization at all in how assignments should be formatted between professors
I have used the same format since highschool for my assignments. All you need to do is show it to someone in the teaching staff and they'll suggest changes where necessary. If you have to adhere to font and line spacing rules as well as bibliography rules other than standard (1.5 line spacing, default font and size for MS word, bibliography is uniform and has year, publication, name, access date and website as well as author) then that sucks because it's really pointless to have to bother with that crap. Mostly as you get further in they become less and less strict as long as they can read the thing. Also. I am posting from my internship. I am literally using the owner of the companies phone for internet; to post on facepunch. I'm such rebel. Though I had aliterally (and I am not using that word incorrectly here) beautiful GURPS campaign. One session but it was really like an amazing cinematic experience and story. All the characters played perfectly, my reactions were perfect. It was really great. I wish I could top it but I doubt I ever will.
Just ask.
I should also add that bringing drafts of a reports and assignments to the prof before the deadline and asking "does the formatting look okay" is a good way to figure things out. Just ask for the prof to check the formatting, they usually don't have time to review the whole thing in detail for you. Coming back to beards. Althought hes a little older, you cannot say that this facial hair isn't attractive! (unless you dont like facial hair) The gentleman look is possibly the hottest look ever.
Way too many tattoos for me. I'm okay with tattoos, but not when they cover so much it looks like a shirt.
Had an extremely weird and long dream. (Sorry for the wall of text, I tried to make it shorter but it didn't work :v:) I went to college which was my old college. I was aware of this and started being like "haha I know it's a dream" but my mind and it's douchebaggery was just fooling me. I attempted blow up my class mates with TNT but it kept failing when it rolled into wrong areas of the room or when the fuse went out. Frustrated I tried to climb out the window and got told not to because it's a first floor window and thus not safe. Eventually I somehow ended up in a weird Mass Effect area with all my classmates from over my education years. We were to kill the Batarians holding an area just north so naturally I ran down and grabbed the Mako. But then for whatever reason I decided engaging in combat wasn't something fun so I went home. After that it was all dandy. I sat at my PC and my sister had a friend over. Then my sister came in crying about something, a death in a video game or something. I told her to calm down, it was silly and she went back and a little later her friend went home. I looked out the window just after this and looked at the purple sunset sky with London, of all places in the background. Then, out of nowhere, three giant alien ships rocket overhead towards London, tailed by about 2-4 smaller ones. I was like "holy fuck", amazed that alien life had finally appeared. After a few moments, they shot strange, transparent circles towards London, tearing apart buildings, and I watched as London was annihilated in the distance. And then, asteroids started falling. I checked online and a stream from New York revealed it was a global event. I thought this was the end, and I was even thinking "It's been a good run, I wonder what dying will feel like" and stuff. Suddenly, the asteroids stopped and I was thankfully spared the devestation, but the outside world was ravaged. The ground was cracked heavily, with pools of lava dotted everywhere. I could see the ships aboard devestated London and decided to check BBC News. As soon as I loaded the article, I woke up. The worst part is for the whole thing, I was pretty convinced it was real. I was feeling terror and sadness as the aliens assaulted. And a sad feeling of acceptance as the asteroids came down worldwide. It was just so vivid. I even checked to make sure it wasn't real, something I haven't had to do in a very long time. :v:
I dreamt I was in Africa last night. Climbed a tree to avoid a couple alligators, then they talked to me and I threw them aside. Couple guys gave me my rifle back after that, didn't realize I had one, couldn't find them afterwards. Ended up going in a house, because I had planned the trip to go there because I'm a part of some show, and ended up getting chased out because it was the anniversary of some woman's death, Samantha, and this wiry looking guy snapped. Weird shit. Second time I've had that dream too, so, uhm. I'm not going to Africa, I suppose.
The fuck. I had this exact fucking dream 2 days ago. Heavy what is going on.
You're obviously my clone so we're gonna have to fight when you steal my ship from the dock.
Today is my birthday. I turned 25 now. I brought cookies and stuff to work as every birthday at work and my friends are gonna gift me The Sims 4. I also have recieved a Samsung Galaxy tablet from my dad yesterday for my birthday, yeah, one of those new ones. I can't wait for my birthday pizza party.
Fuck no. You'll find me either sleeping with Garrus or Tali. In Engineering. You can have the bridge and deal with Edi and Joker.
But I wanted Garrus why would you do this.
Fuck no. You'll find me either sleeping with Garrus or Tali. In Engineering. You can have the bridge and deal with Edi and Joker. [editline]4th September 2014[/editline] also happy birthday and can you tell me what sims 4 is like when you get around to playing it
As I heard, TS4 isn't as much as a flop as Battlefield 4 or SimCity in release terms. I heard that game has got a decent release, although an instant patch was needed to fix certain bug. I heard it misses much of the elements of the previous Sims games and probably it's gonna be on DLC later. But I can't tell really much because I haven't played it yet. On the other hand, the Create A Sim demo runs very smooth in my 1GB vram computer.
I had a shower and while I was naked I weighed myself accurately. I weigh 55 kg. The heaviest watermelon was 121 kg. It would take over 2 me's to be the same weight as this watermelon. Uninteresting fact of the day.
I was meant to say tall lol. Im 6ft and im 13stone9. (86kg)
~180 cm last time I checked. I believe that's slightly shorter than 6 foot?
Holy fuck this summer was boring. Didn't seem like I had nothing done.
My back's been hurting for a while, went to the doc to see what was up, I'm developing scoliosis pretty bad. The top half of my spine is shifting to the right and the bottom half is twisting. The only option I was really given was to work on my core and back muscles. That kind of sucks.
Christ you guys are light. I'm 190 cm and 105 kg.
Probably 215 lbs at 6'2 [editline]4th September 2014[/editline] Most of it is fat. Little to no muscle. [editline]4th September 2014[/editline] Oh man I got owned
182 cm and something like 65 kg. Don't have scales atm so I wouldn't be able to tell you.
