I love skinny jeans.

Probably a bit ignorant, but I've never seen any uni/college/school running a class from 7 to 10pm. That's pretty insane.

It's far from uncommon actually.
I was going to volunteer for the Salvation Army but my mom said they're homophobic so where's a good place to volunteer that doesn't involve elders or children
Literally any charity store.

live near any large parks? They'll happily take volunteers.

I volunteered at my local Salvo's store once, which is a kind of thrift store they run here. I did some volunteer work there and it was pretty hard, but I did leave with a garbage bag full of NES stuff that I took off their hands before they binned it.

I don't know any literal charity stores

Man you don't make it easy do you?
Around where do you live, you can easily search for stores or just google search volunteer work around 'location'.

You don't have to give advice if you don't want to.
I already googled it and it's mostly fundraising, which I'm not fond of.

To be fair, you are being incredibly stiff and uncompromising with your answer. You may as well not even bother if you're going to be like that.

nah i wanna give advice its just that you were whittling away your ability to help volunteer somewhere.
I don't really know what to tell you then unless you look through some larger service like a humanitarian organization holding an event somewhere.

I don't see how I'm being stiff. I'm just disagreeing.
actually even then you're going to deal with kids or elderly. Honestly i doubt there's even anything around you locally that wouldn't involve kids or the elderly.

By that I mean I don't want to work in retirement homes or in a school. That seems like too much responsibility.

When I googled it I found a customer service like job that deals with tech. Though one of my uncles ranted about how they get people to buy shit after they help the customer.

Ah alright then, are there any local community centers? Like we have YMCA's here. Just look for rec centers and ask if they need help.
I don't know any nearby rec centers
And holy shit it's 2AM where did my night go

yo heavy, you got a beef with me just say something, you've been rating a lot of shit here dumb. I legitimately can't help him out, i tried.

Why is it when I properly stab my finger hard with a knife it hurts way less than a papercut this is bullshit.
Why is it when I properly stab my finger hard with a knife it hurts way less than a papercut this is bullshit.
adrenaline and something else i forget. Pretty much your body releases a tiny amount for largely benign cuts and scrapes as it's saving the rest for more important situations. Hence why a paper cut can make you wine like a bitch but if you get gored through the stomach you're more in shock or disbelief than you are in immediate pain.

Oh, wow, that's pretty neat actually.
There is always some nerd on Youtube to help out in dire times. Who needs Wikipedia anymore.

mhm to keep you alert and ready so you can survive despite a gruesome injury.

I've done work at a Smith family shop. It was really quite good, the forklift driver even let me use his forklift for a bit because I mentioned I was considering going for my forklift license. Left with loads of consoles and stuff they couldn't sell.
so i just sort of confessed to my feelings to a person i'm crushing on, I toppled over my insecurities, surfaced my head out of the gloom of the relationship shit of the past and...
it turned out more than OK...
My heart has escaped my chest, and is beating a jillion miles an hour down the road, i guess i won't be sleeping tonight..

I've been stabbed and it didn't hurt, but I've bit my cheek and moaned like a bitch.
Good ole human body.
I don't think he wants help.
Ok are seriously going to be like that? I just found a position at the SPCA.
Not an outside job, you don't deal with kids or elders, no fundraising.
