Usually they are caused by allergic reactions, which can be serious depending on what you're allergic too. but I believe they can also be caused by significant stress releasing histamines.

Well, this is the first time that I know of that I've gotten them, but if that's the case, yesterday's events may have been the cause.

it's actually quite possible. get some anti histamines, they should help quite a bit. basically just cheap over the counter hay fever tablets.

I woke up thinking there was somebody dressed in brown in my room, so much so that I got up from bed and kicked at it with my heel while freaking the fuck out then when I felt I was kicked nothing I must have "woken up" because I then realised nothing was there. Spent the next 15 mins or so feeling like I was going to have a heart attack because of how fast and strong my heart was beating, it was loud.

Sounds like a night terror :c

Once I had a dream that a gang were shooting up the intersection at my house and they were coming for my family. i had another one where I woke up in a hospital and my parents said they'd have to surgically remove my eyes and I remember waking up crying when that happened. Both dreams have probably made me not wanna go to sleep sometimes.

One time I was waking up, and I was in this half-state of being awake and still sleeping. My imagination turned my green blanket into some fucked up mutant trying to crawl its way up to my face, so I started grappling the blanket and punching it and shit. worst dream(s) I have had were recurring. Same theme of people without faces kidnapping me and having to escape. Worst one by far is when it was a dream within a dream, had escaped and a van came up behind me and got me again, but as soon as that happened I "woke up" in a cold sweat, and started to calm down a bit. I turned to my left a bit and saw my mother with no face just sitting there "looking" at me. I irl pissed myself and woke up screaming.

You could learn how to use full sentences, but I am gonna asume you are talking about Portal 2. I was thinking about that but I first want to finish the game completely, both SP and Co-op before starting anything non-official. Also, as I said earlier, I am downloading an update for SFM so I can't download anything else right now.
