Make sure you replace https:// with http:// and remove all the &feature= crap from the end, FP has old vbulletin code
A shot of espresso has less caffeine in it than a cup of coffee BTW
Per volume its more concentrated than coffee - but generally a "shot" of espresso isn't more than 2oz in size so you'd need a lot of shots to match the same volume as a cup of coffee :v:
Where did you get your espresso from? The quality of the shot has a huge effect on how bitter/sour it tastes and how much crema it has.
This heavily depends, but typically yeah average espresso by volume contains more. But coffee only wins because a typical serving is 4x the size of espresso. It's also why people will opt for americanos, so that way they get more caffeine than average drip coffee but still retain roughly the same flavor. I'm not a fan of adding water though so i never touch em. I can also probably safely assume it was a pretty average shot of espresso nothing special and it's mostly the fact that they may not be coffee people that contributes towards how bitter it was to them.
Tomorrow is an exam day.
Also, hi Wolves!
You have no idea how annoying people saying they want a 'mocha' is. You want a mocha what? Mocha's just a goddamn flavor most of the time.
[sp]I am aware there are such thing as caffe mochas, but it's literally a latte with chocolate[/sp]
Also this.
Truth be told i'm just weird about coffee. I have an irrational grudge against macchiatos, actually no it's not irrational. I hate how macchiatos around here are now all just latte macchiatos. They aren't the same thing, the ratios are completely reversed. I can enjoy caffe macchiatos, but latte macchiatos are just milk and a tiny bit of espresso. Mocha Macchiatos are just chocolate milk with a tiny drop of espresso.

I just have a super grudge against any drink that isn't just flat out coffee with milk or sugar or something like that. I die a bit inside when someone tries to order something you'd envision to be on the 'most Starbucks customers don't even order this' list (which is most people that want starbucks, but can't pay for it so they choose dunkin' instead)

Those are the people who don't like coffee's taste but like the idea of schmoozing with a cup of coffee or to get wired off a fucking half cup.
I think i told the story once a few months ago when that movie Fault In Our Stars came out. I had to work through that and deal with all the 8-15 year old girls and 45 year old cougars. They flooded the whole mall and when i went to get starbucks there were about 20 or so little girls ahead of me all ordering the most convoluted shit ever, "I'll take a grande non fat java chip frappucino with two shots of espresso non fat whipcream and 4 splendas". They all gave the name of the character of the book/movie so whenever a drink was made they'd call out "Hazel" or "agustus" and about 20 kids would start screaming trying to get the drink. Then, ohohoho then, then it was instagram time. EVERYONE LINE UP YOUR DRINKS ON THE COUNTER WE GOTTA TELL THE WORLD ABOUT MY COFFEE ADDICTION!"
Basic bitches, all of em.
First day of training
It was paid training; $11.25 an hour. I earned $90 today. I had to read and sign a lot of contracts about the job. I am not allowed to discuss what I do in my job because apparently it's confidential information.

Americanos don't add any more caffeine than normal espresso since you just add water to espresso to make one so they just retain the same caffeine amount you get from espresso.
That said if you really want to get a caffeine high then a red eye is for you. Basically americano, but with coffee added instead of water.
(I should make a coffee thread :x)
Should I have some breakfast before the exam despite the fact that I never have breakfast?

What your tax rate? I know for me its roughly 30 percent, so for every 100 bucks i earn i lose 30 bucks.

No shit mate. But an americano usually has at least 5-6 oz of espresso in it. Resulting in americano's normally having JUST above or roughly the same the amount of caffeine thats in a cup of drip. The water just cuts the flavor and gives you a drink that taste not quite like but not far off from drip coffee.
You don't gotta tell me about coffee son, coffee is my lifestyle.

Also a coffee thread would probably die off very quickly unfortunately.

idk lol maybe 5%
Also my caffeine tolerance is ridiculously high. Red eyes make me no more perky than a cup of medium coffee. But that's what you get when you drink cups and cups of coffee everyday.
Should I have some breakfast before the exam despite the fact that I never have breakfast?
Yes.

It's taunting me so hard, why do they have to do another run when I don't have money to throw at them.

You're working a tech job right? How did you manage to get it?
Feel real good right now. Finished a big project I've been planning for a long time.

Yesterday, nothing but wooden boards and crap cluttered around the wall. Today, a refurbished metal workbench and peg board.
The workbench was $25, rusted and covered in dirt and webs. Now it's clean, smooth, and freshly painted. Also put a wooden board on top, bolted tightly to the bench.

Why are the pictures always upside down.
I thought you installed a section of ceiling.
Boyfriends birthday is coming up so I bought him a nice dragon dildo :D
I think next Gay Chat should have "coffee appreciation" in it. Because Jesus fucking Christ people, holy be the day when coffee won't be point of interest here :v:
Wow I'm an unorganized mess in college and it's only the 3rd week, slowly getting up to speed by managing calendar, timetable stuff, etc.
Holy crap we're half way through september already?
Time flies.
Indeed it does, it felt like Frost week was just yesterday...
In other news, working on structuring college workflow, task management, file management, back up, etc.
I thought of using Office 365 University subscription but then again I use my Android phone a whole lot and the integration just doesn't work that great. I also don't have a laptop to just manage everything on it instead of using the computer lab computers, etc. I could also just use what my college uses which is also Office 365 but with 50GB storage instead of 1TB. There just isn't the app for Tasks and other Microsoft things that would work fine if I had a laptop to support it properly.
I ended up choosing Evernote because it's a great note taking app/service and it's also free.
Oh my. I had about ten minutes there where I lost about 7 or 8 weeks of work for my internship because of a computer error.
Those ten minutes are quite exhilerating now that I've solved the problem and haven't actually lost anything. If I couldn't solve it though... Eugh.
Now a part of me knows what it's like for those people who lose four years of their PhD thesis or whatever because they didn't back it up and some guy stole their computer.
She's in hyperactive mode and playing with every toy she has nearby. I managed to take a picture for the second she was staying still.
[t]http://i.imgur.com/9o6cr8x.jpg[/t]
Afterwards, she darted off and assaulted the little feather toy on a stick-and-string thing I have.
[editline]16th September 2014[/editline]
Christ, she just jumped and hit so hard it sounded like a chair fell over. So much energy.
Finished the rough cut for my short film, finally. Total running time is 10 minutes - twice as long as I anticipated. I'm happy about that.
Now I can sleep :v:

Maybe I just live in Australia.
Has anyone listened to this yet?

Pretty damn neat.
Everything is upside down when you come down under.
Actually it's upside down when you go to the northern hemisphere.
And the maps are wrong, this is the world map we have at my place:

Well, I fixed the image. Maybe my puush settings was set to Austalian.

I feel like the only reason North is 'up' is that when cartographers were sailing around exclusively for getting laid, they all made their maps on a flat surface, making North 'forwards' based on the fact the compass points to it and that makes more sense, and so pointing away from them on the table. So when they picked up the map and pinned it to a wall, North became 'up'. That's the reason I came up with anyway, it could be is entirely false. It's also pretty simplistic, so I like my chances of being right.
I like the hobo-dyer projection. Shame that there's like no good map of the world, since obviously it's near impossible to do a flat rectangular map of a sphere's surface while getting all the shapes right. All the more accurate ones are like star shaped and stuff. Just buy a globe.
Also, as a point, whenever I see a poster in HMV or wherever of the world, I check to see if they've started printing South Sudan on them yet. Not found one yet that wasn't online. It's been like 3 years.
