Thinking of moving to Europe for a few years to see if I like it enough to live there (Like I was planning to do last year)..but I'm not sure because I really want to move to Melbourne as well. Far cheaper to move to Europe (surprisingly), but that means getting rid of a lot of stuff I can't replace, rather than chucking everything in the car and driving a good 3600km.
Decisions decisions.
Where in Europe? It's extremely diverse.
Was thinking about the UK, mainly due to the fact that it's an English speaking country, and I'm a British citizen (Although I know I can live anywhere in the EU with it). As well as knowing a few people there.
The cost of living bugs me though, I know Europe is expensive, but adding onto the wages in the UK not being as high as Aus, it would be a bit of a shock to the system. Never worked when I've been there before.
I am going to be upset when I move overseas because I know I can't take everything with me. I'm particularly going to miss my car, if it's still going then.
It wasn't even the car I wanted, but it's grown on me so much and I am very fond of it. I don't really like the thought of getting rid of it but I realize it's necessary and inevitable.
Especially with the things I've done to my car, makes it all that more personal to me. I can take my computer thankfully, one thing that I certainly would not not take.
You can take a car, it's just expensive. Either send over in full or take it over in parts.
Driving a 2.0L Turbocharged car under 25 with no European driver history would be insanely expensive on the insurance, along with the fact it'd actually be far far cheaper to buy one there than ship it over.
Had a dream that some guy was learning me how to suck dicks properly.
What even...?

Did you take notes?
Did you take notes?
Yep, notebook was in that as well. And I just now remember myself writing down: "...do circling movements with tongue around the crown..."
BRAIN, STOP
What did the guy happen to look like.
Well, it was all in furry settins so yeah...
I wont even dare ask what other details.
Actually, for furry settings it was surprisingly normal. No 10-meters-long-dicks gigantolous-boobs herms, no tentacles, nothing like that. Just my "teacher" was an antromorphic shark.
I'd love to move to Ireland or the Czech Republic some day.
My aunt has been doing some research, and she said she's close to finding where my great x3 (iirc) grandmother is buried.
So I got a tablet last Thursday and have been practicing drawing. I literally haven't drawn anything for like 5 years :v:

I only have Sketchbook, and it's not as intuitive nor variable as I'd want it to be. And I can't afford photoshop :c

If you don't mind shitty politics and kind of could look towards homosexuality, I don't see reason why not here. Beware though, economy in general is quite different here.

Probably better than Rockford :v:

Well, you can then expect big ol' hug from me if you'll actually move here.

If you have only enough stuff to chuck into a car then you'd probably be able to bring it to europe too.
Usually when moving long distance though its cheaper to just start new than it is to try and bring everything. The cost to move furniture, PC's, appliances, etc tends to be about as much (if not more) than just going there with your most important things and buying it all new/used where you live at when you are moving it all distances o 1000+ miles/km
If it was me, I ask them to ship my car into the middle of the ocean and drop it.
Though, one of these days I'd like to get a new car.
[editline]23rd September 2014[/editline]
Though, would it actually be cheaper to buy a new 'used' car than shipping your old?
Shipping cars is incredibly expensive and stupid to do on a used car.
Not really. Depends on the value of your car. Used or not.
Ugh. Week's getting worse. Got an email from my 10th job I've applied for, saying their training program would not be flexible with my current school schedule.
Sigh. I refuse to do fast food, but it's soon becoming the only option I have...

I wouldn't draw with anything else after trying Paint Tool Sai. It's excellent.
Paint Tool Sai is amazingly innovative and great for aspiring artists. Hear what a user had to say just minutes after trying it for the first time:
