He said that I could adjust my schedule if I needed to like 2 weeks ago so I'm probably going to ask him if it is possible to make my lunch a 30 minute lunch whilst cutting off 30 minutes of my working day so I can catch the bus so I can make dinner for my sister.

You've been complaining for so long that could couldn't get a job, and now that you finally have one, you complain about that instead. No offense, but I really don't understand you.
