How would SAW fit in a roller coaster anyway Drive into hacksaws?
Accelerator, Knotts Berry Farm, in San Diego.
Knotts is in Anaheim, not San Diego. Also, Superman at Magic Mountain is pretty beast.
Knotts is in my hometown, Buena Park. And it's Xcelerator, it recently broke down because of this.
Do they let you go again if it rolls back?
Yeah :)
dude i would SHIT if i were to ride that thing
After the first ride, which I almost DID shit myself waiting to get on it, it's just a ton of fun. It still makes me nervous waiting in line for it, but when I get seated, I just want it to go. One of my favorite coasters.
That looks freaking terrifying for a kid's ride.
This is another one of my favourites.
Man now I want to go to Thorpe Park, ride Colossus a few times. Still my favourite coaster of all time, second being Nemesis or Air.
Man now I want to go to Thorpe Park, ride Colossus a few times. There's jsut this awesome bassy bit that you can feel
Whoops, earlier I said Nemesis was being torn down, got that wrong, it's Corkscrew that got closed, I really liked that one.
RIP chang, 1997-2009 This season was the first time I've ridden it, and now it's going away forever :sigh:
Rollercoasters are epic creations, but they're not for me. Especially after seeing Final Destination 3... :ohdear:
Griffon at BG Williamsburg. Been on it like 50 times. This is a real mans drop coaster. Tallest and fastest dive coaster in the world.
How much do one of these babies cost
Off the top of my head, Nemesis cost £6.5m while Colossus cost £10m to build.
You can clearly see the SAW ride is goes vertical a lot longer.

SheiKRA is so awesome. Though I live in the U.K. and I prefer Nemesis inferno over Nemesis origonal. Also air is really different.
I just think that Nemesis Inferno is just a peice of junk.. Nothing can beat the original.
No no no, you're all new to this coaster thing aren't you? I rode this beast... (And The Beast in King's Island.) but anyways... Millenium Force (When it opened in May 2000, Millennium Force broke twelve world records) Tallest complete circuit roller coaster (310 feet (94 m)) Fastest complete circuit roller coaster (92 miles per hour (148 km/h)) Steepest non-inversion banked turn on a roller coaster (122°) (Half Corkscrew) Longest drop on a complete circuit roller coaster (300 feet (91 m)) Those are some of them... I rode this and cussed the whole damn time, about pissed myself... [editline]01:33PM[/editline] This is also a great ride... Nevermind the guy, he's an idiot...
No no no, you're all new to this coaster thing aren't you?
Why are we new?
Went on the saw ride today, so bloody good, i would say its better than that spongebob one becuase its got a better theme.
Saw is better because it is more atmospheric which makes it scarier.
As far as I know the spongebob one is where camp snoopy used to be.. since the Mall of America lost rights to that name or whatever and now Nickelodeon owns it. Haven't been there since June though.
A real man's coaster :smug:
So badass it needs a spoiler
I prefer my rollercoasters with themes and atmosphere personally i.e. Disneyworld rollercoasters unthemed ones are great too, but it's always nice when they have some personality.
Uhh. No.. They don't do "Off the shelf" Coasters.. Saw was designed by John Wardley. The track is completely different and no other coaster track layout of its type is the same.
All I am trying to say that the tracks looked identical. There could be slight differences, but they look pretty much the same. The Danish one however has existed for longer.
