That thing that has beams shooting out of it's hands on top of the base, is that a spawner? Also can i use an idea simmilar to that for my new army?

You can always use an idea. It might not be original, but you can use the idea. Not the sprite or a rip off.

And an airfield contains a SU-25 for ground support. 2 Missile silos take 2 turns per square on the map to reach its destination.
