Go ahead and get rid of that rule Trifon, people should be able to attack IMDA because it's a friggin Military district. Wouldn't make sense if you couldn't. Also PLEASE get rid of the two faction rule. That completely throws alliances out the window and discourages diversity.
No it doesnt, Diploland has a military district which i cant figure out why, i didnt exactly make it, if it was a military district then why is it diplomatic, call it IMDA then, and throw diploland out the window, it is now called IMDA, and with the other ones, the 2 factions ARE alliances
Diploland got turned INTO a Military District by Shadowcat. Plus, when you attack an enemy nation ect, dont you always try to take their capital as a massive morale objective?
And I realize those two factions are alliances, but by just having two massive alliances it isn't fair to people who don't/can't join them, and discourages the massive proxy war that could take place between many factions with their own ideologies, ect.
Where is the rule that people cant set up their own alliance?
Plus, the events of these wars will obliterate the fractions.

Guys, what do you think happens IRL? U.S. Embassy buildings get the crap bombed out of them all the time in Iraq. Why? Because the enemy doesn't GIVE A F***. The enemy wants to destroy your government and military. What better way to do that? Cripple their capital and demoralize their whole faction. Easy.

It wont free spaces, because Shadowcat would have his base there anyway, like he already does (he moved his base there in the first place to save places).
