No that film is actually even better the second and third times round. I get you but it's actually way better knowing the film, there's so much cool stuff you don't notice first time round, a lot of the shots and Kevin Spacey's character/acting. Imo you can only really understand how great Kevin Spacey was upon watching the film again.

I gotta say I really enjoyed this movie the first time around but I watched it like a year later with a friend of mine but I didn't enjoy it nearly as much like the first time.

Funnily enough I enjoyed all three of them more on the second viewing. Partly because all three first viewings were not in the best conditions, but also because Nolan doesn't like to bullshit. If you miss one line of dialogue you can be lost for the rest of the movie. I knew exactly what was going on the second time around and why the characters were acting the way they were, so I enjoyed that a lot more.
My answer is kind of different. Although they would probably not be considered 'good'. I am a sucker for campy over the top action films. But I would never watch almost all of them after the first viewing. Eg: Transformers, Gi Joe, A-Team.
