Granted, Liefeld envisioned him as Marvel's Deathstroke and it wasn't until later that he developed into his current persona, but that evolution still has roots that leads back to his father. I love Superman and Batman, they being my favorite superheroes (even if they are generic choices). And all these comic sins are funny as hell, but they do make me cringe when I see my favorite heroes in a compromising, homoerotic position.
