If you're worried about shaving the boys, don't. Ball hair literally falls off at the slightest hint of a razor. The general member area is pretty standard. Trim it close with scissors (Don't circumcise yourself, idiot) Use hot water to relax the pores and shave. It's likely you will get a lot of cuts, but don't worry the go away really quick. I've heard going over a shaved area with a stick deodorant reduces bumps, but I haven't tried it myself.

Get scissors or some clippers and just trim. You can make the lines nice and neat, and keep everything from getting too long.
