I never asked for this
How the fuck did some of these issues even come up? These aren't on the iOS version.

I've got a theory on the FOV freaking the fuck out.
In the original mobile version, it simulated recoil by moving your head back a slight bit as you fired.
I'm guessing somewhere down the line while it was being lazily ported a few decimal points got moved too far to the right and it caused

If that's the case, who did the coding on that port, Gordon Frohman?

Adem Jahnshun, the augmented mexican guy from accounting.
Oh I see.
We're going to have a pattern then with Deus Ex games like with Windows versions.
DX1 - Good
DX:IW - Bad
DX:HR - Good
DX:TF - Bad
The Fall is more of a spinoff than a standalone game
Deus Ex: Invisible Wall.
Good god the animation quality was better in Half Life 2.
Deus Ex: The Fall
I never aske- fuck it.
As a person who pre-ordered and played it. I can tell you its really bad.
I had to turn the sound off cause the guy was so annoying after a while.
"THE COMBAT IS ABSURD!
IT'S BAD!
IT'S STUPID!
......
IT'S REALLY NOT GOOD!
I DON'T LIKE IT!
IT'S BAD!
IT'S ABSURD! THERE'S AN ABSURD AMOUNT OF LOADING!
THESE TEXTURES ARE ABSURD!'
I just about lost it when the tutorial message said "Your health regenerates automatically, but you can drink alcohol to bring it over max instantly. You can also use painkillers. Using both will bring you to a max of 200."
Painkillers and alcohol. That ain't a fun way to die.

Simple, augmentations transform alcohol and drugs in nano-health that heals your body. Is basic augmentations 101, don't you know anything about nano-machines son?
This is absolutely pathetic and makes me sad, the book that this continues from (Deus Ex: The Icarus Effect by James Swallow) was actually really good and I enjoyed the main character, it's terrible to see it ruined like this.
everything he said was true though
no he was making valid points but it was his tendency to repeat himself over and over that drove me wild

I don't remember hearing a lot of repetition.
I played this game on my iPad just a minute ago to check out if it's that bad on it's original platform.
Nope, it's not. 2/3 of the stuff he talks about is exclusive to the PC port.
everything he said was true though
TB does start repeating himself after a while, he doesn't know when to stop/he pads it too much while getting to his next point.

so they did a better job on the IOS port.?
so they did a better job on the IOS port.?
They did, and it actually is a serviceable game on iPad, iPod touches are much more of a pain.
so they did a better job on the IOS port.?
it's not a iOS port, since it is native on that platform
And they said mobile gaming is the future.
This is not what I want my future to be. I'd rather play something that had effort put in it.

This had a ton of effort put into it, what are you talking about. The game's pretty good, but the port is terrible.
It's the first time I see this game and I find it impressive how they got it to look so much like HR; not that it excuses the game of its other shortcomings. As a huge fan of both the original and HR, I really hope they take the next one more seriously.
I've only ever played Human Revolution and it is by far the best game I've played campaign wise.
This makes me sad.

come on just let the next game be good please

It is, too a degree.
It's not going to be replacing home consoles, but as a form of handheld gaming it is.
All I could think of the whole time is "this looks real neat for a mobile game".
