I have had only one experience where I realized i was in a dream. I couldn't wake up from it and i was being chased by mad farmers (too much resident evil 4). I had to think about waking up in my dream and every time i did i teliported to a different dream. It took around 5 tries. Sorry about grammar im on my ipod thouch.

I took half a teaspoon of cinnamon and didn't have any applesause, so I kinda floated it in some chocolate milk and chugged it. It tasted like ass but hopefully it won't be for nothing. I guess I'll find out tomorrow, wish me luck
Dude, seriously, Get Out.
heh, i thought it was funny...
I had sleep paralysis once, scariest thing I have ever experienced. At the same time it was pretty sweet, I couldn't move whatsoever then I closed my eyes and opened them and I could move again.
If I can find the cinnamon, I'll try this. If not, I'll drink some milk or have a piece of cheese or something.
had have a fucking table spoon of it mixed in a yogurt, MIX IT GODDAMN WELL. clumpty clump clump clump will see my results in the morning!
I'm going to try this tonight, and I'm already a pretty lucid dreamer.. I'll try to completely remember my dreams..
Ive got the cinnamon shaker in my hand right now and throwing heaps down, it actually doesn't taste that bad. Funnily enough, the dream I remember the most was from when i was younger, around 3-6 when i was living overseas. Perhaps because they were the strangest and have stuck with me for all these years. Also in the past five or so years ive began to lucid dream all the time, I dont Ive ever had a dream i couldn't recall where i wasn't in some manner of control, mind you those lucid moments dont last very long because they tend to be during the end of your sleep cycle afaik.
I was looking for cinnamon and I think I ate nutmeg. I stopped looking for the cinnamon.
I had a dream where I was roasted to a crisp from a nuke, completely imobilized. I actually felt intense heat and saw that my body was a black charple. I was also fully concious and going through realization that everything was over. Then I woke up sweaty and toasty. I gotta get me more of that stuff.
Well, this is all the more reason for me to buy a truckload of cinnamon. I love cinnamon, and now finding out it has dream/mind-enhancing properties, I shall obtain far more of this useful, and almost magical, spice.
I just tried this, i woke up thinking i was a woman (again). What the fuck!?

I had a dream from this... I was in my school's playground and the sky turned orange and a man riding a horse that was on fire (like a pokemon) came down from the sky. The earth shook and all from the cracks in the ground it started to flood with lava... Then I was in the bathroom talking to some girls and I some how saved the day by putting my hand in the sink and turning the tap on... For the TL;DR people... Apocalypse, Fit girls, Save the day

I also vaguely remember a top-hatted skeleton donning a monocle and a suit and an army of jet-propelled snails. Most of my silly ideas come from my vague recollections of dreams, I wouldn't want remember more imo.
Would it help you remember normal things? I've got exams coming up :saddowns:
maybeee, worth a try (:
The best thing ever is when you're able to control your dreams, and even tell yourself that you're dreaming. This is awesome, because you (in most cases) can think of something, and it'll happen. That's being conscious while being unconscious. :buddy:
Sounds like a placebo effect to me.
well gj then you just ruined it for me
