When I first read the title i thought it said chinaman. And since I'm easily convinced, I did. Now the cops are knocking oh god what do I do.
Hmm what has Cinnamon? I never actually seen Cinnamon before. But i am sure something in my house smells like it.
Are you sure it's Cinnamon and not Melange?

I will most definitely attempt it, thank you very much good sir. One of my problems is the ridiculous sleepiness when i wake up. I literally have a netbook nearby prepared for recordings yet I do not use it due to sleepiness. Therefore increasing the memory should help me get through that sleepiness period and record those curious mental entities, and generally improve the quality of dream memories obviously enough. I will share the results.
I will try this, But smell, My mum thinks you can choke on it.
I once dreamt a snake jumped out of grass and bit me in the balls, and someone said it was my fault for not expecting jumping snakes in England :saddowns:
OP make a poll. Did it work ? (YES, NO)
I am quite certain that this stuff should be ideal: [IMG]http://img64.imageshack.us/i/img0145d.jpg/]http://img64.imageshack.us/img64/7334/img0145d.jpg link due to very large size. I would also like to recommend for this thread to work on making a more detailed tutorial including myself. Such as the best amount of time before sleeping for intake and the amount, if it works of course. I will start with approximately two hours before sleeping, half a teaspoon. I tried it yesterday and I think it works. I remember having a dream that involved TF2 but I forgot to write it down. GODDAMN
I may just give this a try, in combination with another technique to increase dream recollection. Try taking a Vitamin B6 supplement just before bed. You are virtually guaranteed to have very vivid dreams. I havn't tried it, but I also hear 5-HTP and Melatonin are supposed to help with sleep cycles and dream recollection. Tonight, 200mg Vitamin B6 and a dash of Cinnamon. :)
OP make a poll. Did it work ? (YES, NO)
How do i do this
How much do you eat?
So wait, can I just use ground up cinnamon? Or do I have to use a stick?
ground up works, just a dash, i really don't know, i just pour a little bit on my hand
There are many methods to realizing you're in a dream, but some are quite tedious and can take a while. The first one you can do, is often throughout a day, count how many fingers you have on your hand. If you do this enough, and repetitively enough, eventually your brain should implant it into a dream, and typically the number of fingers you have will be different from real life, and you will realize you're in a dream. The second you can do, which is a little easier and less tedious, is to put a good, high visibility digital clock in your room. Look at it, look away, then look at it before you go to bed every night. You might not have to do this much, or even do it at all, but if you look at a digital clock/anything with text in a dream, the first time you look at it it should be normal, but the second time you look it usually have misplaced letters, changed words, random numbers/letters or just fucked up numbers and letters. The third is to simply look at a mirror while in you're dream, mirrors in dreams will tend to be foggy, distorted, or in some cases just creepy. Yeah.
I have no control over myself in a dream... So none of these help?
I haven't remembered a dream in months. I hope this works.
I haven't remembered a dream in months. I hope this works.
Last dream I remember was a wet dream involving a gay orgy. :smith:
Will someone tell me if cinnamon sugar works?
I just woke up, and unfortunately i do not remember anything. Perhaps i was influenced by the fact that i somehow woke up a few times in the middle of the night. I am not certain whether this experience is accurate enough to surely tell.
Seemed to work for me. More than likely just the placebo effect at work :p
9/10 times I remember my dreams every time I dream.
60% of the time, it works every time.
It didn't work.
I would also like to say that i am genuinely interested in recording my dreams, i will attempt the experiment one more time tonight. But unfortunately similar to Mister B, it did not work so far. And i ate a crapload of that stuff.

this is how you are NOT supposed to post on GD

this is how you are NOT supposed to post on GD

Fixed. By the way. Holy shit, I ate half a bottle of cinnamon and had like, a super wet dream. The paint is dripping off my walls and I'm constantly having an orgasm, what the fuck do I do? Hrrr..Ur....rrr...
I heard that stuff is toxic if too much is consumed, 1/2 teaspoon above or something like that, not like it'll kill you toxic, but bad for your liver.
Sweet, good tip.
How long do you have to eat it before you go to bed like 1 minute or 1 hour
ate a tablespoon of cinnamon and it didn't work. gonna try that warm milk and cinnamon thingy mentioned earlier, will report back.
i've found eating anything before going to sleep increases your dreams, might just be me though.
