I went through something very similar (Range Rover T-Boned me) at the beginning of September and it suuucked. When you get home just sit in a hot bath for twenty minutes because tomorrow you are going to feel like absolute shit and not want to move at all. Also, you need to get back on the road in the next few days, it really helps build up a lot of confidence.
