Honestly If this would have come along maybe 6 years ago it might have made it. Now that screamo is a dieing genre as well as scene kids are getting more sparse it wont last too long.

There's obviously a market for music like this, otherwise they wouldn't get signed.

Just because new music sucks doesn't mean you can't listen to old music, music never expires!

I personally enjoy old pop, rock and hip hop.

Luckily there's about 4 decades of the stuff, so I'm unlikely to run out any time soon.

Not to mention that, despite what the public charts may show, good music is still being made, you just have to look in the right places for it.
