Wow that was awesome, I know there was a Punisher game, was that any good?
Why does everyone seem to think they have brittle bones. Bones break when people fall, let alone someone stomping on your leg at a bad angle. Shit has anyone ever seen this:
Ow. That looks....ow.
my bollocks just burst [editline]16th July 2012[/editline]
That guys' legs broke remarkably easily.
he's the goddamn punisher, there's a comic where he hijacks a russian ICBM, launches it, disarms it in midair, and parachute jumps out of it.
So what the hell is this then? Did they just feel like making this for kicks?
There was so much suspense in that short 10 minutes, and it was better than a lot of 1 hour long movies. I hope they actually make another Punisher movie because the first one was a bit underrated. Also an interesting note on the subject: http://screenrant.com/punisher-short-film-thomas-jane-rob-188245/
I need to see the Punisher.
This is just a short, unfortunately. Everybody in this literally did this on their own time, for fun. Shows how cool Ron Pearlman is, gives a great short performance completely free. Also this short was produced and directed by Thomas Jane. Give him the rights to make a sequel, he is the Punisher.
My heart started pumping hard when he got the bottle of jack, i knew what was coming. And by god it was the most satisfying thing ever.
My heart started pumping hard when he got the bottle of jack, i knew what was coming. And by god it was the most satisfying thing ever.
The filming was amazing. How it all lead up to each event with nothing not having a reason to be there.
My God. This, as a full film? Fucking beautiful.
Shows how cool Ron Pearlman is, gives a great short performance completely free.
http://www.superherohype.com/news/articles/171543-ron-perlman-puts-on-the-hellboy-make-up-again He's a fucking angel.
That was so satisfying to watch. I really would like to see a new Punisher film with Thomas Jane in the role and with a more gritty/serious tone like this short film. The CGI blood was silly, but it's excusable because the rest was so good.
It only takes about 25 pounds of force to the side of your leg to break it. Bones are only strong in their oriented structure. From the side, bones break as easy as wood. Now where's a proper movie to follow up?
I liked the Thomas Jane Punisher movie, because everything in that film seemed "plausible". Thomas Jane wasn't invincible, nor did he have any super powers or super human strength or abilities. He just really seemed like someone that can actually exist. The action and fights weren't all that ridiculous either. They weren't over the top where it's obvious that it can never happen in real life. I really hope there is a second Punisher movie with Thomas Jane in it.
Why does everyone keep saying Thomas Jane directed this? it was directed by Phil Joanou.

I could hardly wait to see him beat the fuck out of those gangsters, this would make for a very satisfying movie.
Would anyone recommend the punisher movies to someone who has never seen them? If they contain anything close to this, I would love to see them.
That was really good but the gore was over the top and it just looked silly.
I would like to see a web series. 10 Minute videos of just Frank walking around doing things and killing thugs every once in a while. [editline]16th July 2012[/editline] And with the internet, you don't have to make it as tame as you would for a major picture.
That was really good but the gore was over the top and it just looked silly.
You clearly have never seen Punisher before.
That was really good but the gore was over the top and it just looked silly.
Silly, over-the-top gore has been a staple of The Punisher like forever. You can't really do Punisher without a great deal of gag violence. It's like trying to do Superman without the silly Clark Kent glasses or Batman without the brooding. Mileage will vary.
nah I know that but there's also limits to the movie's own realism it must seem logic relative to the actions and events in the film too
It's from a comic book though. And a very over the top one at that. So yeah, random improbable shit is bound to happen a lot :v:
Wow that was awesome, I know there was a Punisher game, was that any good?
The game was fucking glorious.
Yes buy the game. Wow that movie has a lot of views already.
i know some where in the next movie there will be some amount of unrealistic violence. something like the beginning of Punisher Warzone dont get me wrong though, warzone's violence was very satisfying to watch
Hilariously awesome.
Warzone was one of the funniest movies I've ever seen, mainly because it tries to take itself so seriously.
As fan films go... this is probably the best.
