Most people who used those E-Cigs are pretentious assholes. Like, they think because it's not a real cigarette they can use them in bars, restaurants and what not but it's still just as obnoxious as a real cigarette especially when you mention it politely and they give you shit about how "it's water vaper lol" like the act of puffing fucking smoke all over the room is somehow more acceptable if it's water vaper. Or if you're like this guy you puff at an E-Cig on camera like it's fat ol' cigar because he thinks it makes him look cool or some shit.
