Actually, introvert is correct. Being an introvert means their is more focus on yourself and the need to express and talk about something you think, being more outgoing is collateral. An extrovert is someone who is shy or quiet but is much more attentive of other people and their surroundings. This is commonly mistaken because the word is regarded as a social trait by the general public, not a psychological trait.
