That sounds like everyday of my life during high school. That's probably also why I failed freshman year and had to work my ass off to graduate with my original class and get into college. Don't slack off in school kids!
This is my day every day, and I love it.
I've found that waiting (not until the very last minute, though) to do an assignment often leads to me getting a better grade on it than if I started early. I sometimes only get really motivated and creative when I'm pushed like that.
.
Every day of school holidays.

I sometimes procrastinate with my college coursework. Hopefully i'll be able to concentrate on this semester's work when it starts in September.
I think we've all had days like that.

Yes, using a computer leads to a mental disorder. :downs:
I always put off to the very last minute.
But in my opinion my work is better when it's rushed.
No not really because I have my priorities straight.
When I was going into 8th grade honor algebra, I had 4 massive math packets to do over the summer. I did one of them over time during the summer, but at the last week left I had to cram to do the last 3 before school started. I ended up staying up till 1:30 the night before school started.
I am such a bad procrastinator. God knows how I got through school, now I have to get through Uni...
Procrastination at its finest.
What is Procrastination?

I'll tell you tomorrow.
*wake up*
Shit gotta finish my homework. I think I'll have some breakfast first.
*finish breakfast*
Dang that was good. Welp, time to go on my computer.
*8:30 AM -> 1:00 AM next day*
Welp, better turn my computer off and get some sleep.
Pretty much how my day goes :v:

heh
When I'm given essays I usually write out a rough draft while my teachers are giving us common sense tips on how to write it.
But with math homework and worksheets, I tend to forget about them if I don't get them done in class.
There's a book on my table. I've managed to beat procrastination by reading the book 10 pages every hour. Doesn't take me that long so I usually have like 50 minutes of freetime. Its slow but I was suppose to read it over the summer.
It's due tomorrow and I still have 160 pages left, wooh!
For 12months I've been telling myself and others I'm going to be getting a better job. 9 months ago I was asked if I wanted a job as a paintball referee, which is exactly what I was planning on applying for.
I told them I would call back later if I was interested.
Why yes, yes I have.
Am I the only one who read the thread title as "Prostitution"?
I dislike the OP because I'm a Red Sox fan.
But I agree with it.
What is Procrastination?
It's like saying 'meh, I'll just do it another time'
I have told myself do almost never do this this year. Must get good grades
OP explained what I do too much. I need to stop procrastinating or I'll fuck uni up and I don't wanna do that.
Unfortunately, Facepunch is like a weapon of mass procrastination.
Glad I'm not the only one that waits till the week (or day) before something is due to get it done.
You wouldn't procrastinate if you hadn't been repeatedly rewarded for doing it in the past. People who don't procrastinate don't do it because they're bad at it and have been bitten in the ass as a result of it in the past. People who do procrastinate (most of us) do it because it works for us. We get to do whatever until the last second before something is due & we do it then, without enough (if any) repercussions to give us any reason to not do it again the next chance we get.
I've found that I personally really enjoy procrastinating. Finding excuses to put off a paper or some work around the house makes me enjoy those excuses more than I would if I didn't have something else I should be doing. It's like a drug that makes boring things more interesting - things like posting on Facepunch, for example.
Normally I wait until the period before the assignment is due to do it. That's why I always take PE first thing in the morning.
