I enjoy your taste in music.
Portugal. The Man is a band that you should definitely check out. Especially their first album (Waiter: You Vultures!).
Manchester Orchestra is a band that's very similar to Brand New. I just discovered them today, and I've completely fallen in love (it's very rare for me to like a band on the first listen). Check out the songs I've Got Friends and Pride.
Tera Melos is a band that you might enjoy. I discovered them after falling in love with Circa Survive and The Mars Volta - all three bands are similar. However, Tera Melos is mostly instrumental (on their only full-length album, at least), and have more of a math-rock influence. Go on Youtube and search for Tera Melos - Melody 4. You may just fall in love.

Anybody know bands similar to MGMT? I searched under the supposed genres they fall into but I can't find anything decent...
Animal Collective is what strikes me as the most similar (their older stuff is in a more band format, new stuff is more taking it along the psychadelic side of things), although if you're digging that whole 80's thing then Empire of the Sun or the first few songs off Hot Chip's new album may be more to your liking

So digging hot chip right now
Could someone suggest me some trance that sounds somewhat like this?

It's slow in the beggining but then in the middle part it gets godlike.
