I want some Folk Metal. I already know Ensiferum.
The only song I liked, at all, was Down on the Street. Or atleast that was the one I liked the most of all of them. I'd like some good lyrics too. Another one of my favorite bands is Weezer.
Surfer Blood

Does anyone know any music like Insomnium or Be'lakor? They're melodic death, they have a very unique style. Insomnium: Be'lakor: The only bands I know are Noumena and Omnium Gatherum, but neither are really close to as good.
Hello! Would like some Post-Rock music or something like the following songs. I don't know much about the genre, and I have snooped around last.fm but I find that some of the bands don't quite tickle my fancy :D An example of songs that I like: Drove Through Ghosts to Get Here - 65daysofstatic http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AAZEcg8NLtM Aren't We All Running - 65daysofstatic http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W63Zi1g4D90 Sons of Ghosts - Ef http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9XJ5KdfU6dk Death Note Soundtrack - Death Note http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R7Wzv9f1JKU&feature=PlayList&p=89F4F5E6AD2E7E44&playnext_from=PL&playnext=1&index=1 L's Theme http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qVaH8m_WKOI&feature=related As you can see, lots of guitar use! Thank you very much :3 (I dunno how to make those fancy youtube links :D)

I've recently fell in love with the music of señor Miles Davis, any suggestions for more?
Looking for soft melodic folk music.
I've recently fell in love with the music of señor Miles Davis, any suggestions for more?
Salt Peanuts, the song is awesome. There is a little talking thing in the beginning but you can skip that.
Rude World by Robert Plant and Jimmy Page. He took a big step in the 90s, going from Rock and Roll (Zeppelin) to a more grunge and trip hop feel. This song is just living proof of the old lemon's diversity <33 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8fTaOanppuE Plant talking dirty, Page on guitar (with a violin bow) and Chris Hughes on drums. Amazing.

Unique in that they incorporate melodic death instead of the usual black metal as well as folk. Here's a few more: Finntroll: Korpiklaani: Moonsorrow: Arkona: Equilibrium:
